What should expect following a treatment?
How often are treatments recommended?
As with exercise, the more regularly & frequently you receive Thai Yoga Therapy, the healthier you will become. You'll experience better & faster results with regular & frequent visits. I recommend treatments every 1 - 2 weeks for those who suffer from health ailments, injuries or desiring to overcome pain. For individuals seeking health maintenance, treatments every 3 - 6 weeks will suffice.
How long are appointments?
Sessions are generally 60 minutes in length.
30, 75 & 90 minute sessions are also available.
I am a first time client. What do I need to know?
On the day of the appointment, please wear or bring comfortable workout type clothing. Your clothing will remain on for the duration of the session.

Individual sessions are located out of my home in St Paul's Summit-University Neighborhood near Carty Park.
On occasion, I am available for appointments in Hudson. Please contact me if you would like to be notified.
What form of payment do you accept?
Cash, check & credit card are accepted forms of payment.
There is a $35 fee for bounced checks.
Do you offer sessions outdoors?
Yes! Weather dependent, let’s find a mutually convenient time & location where you can amplify your melt factor with singing birds, shining sun & nature scenes.
